Returns accepted within 15 days in sellable condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns on special order or textured items. Our timbers and beams are rough, green and are prone to checking and being various sizes. Returns for natural defects are not accepted. Late payments and returned checks are subject to fees.
